Hi I am having a problem in trying to connected to a toshiba stratagy the grey one 4 ports(SG-F-4-U)
I have the stratagy vm manager which i got from the dealer website. I have tried all baud rates but it keeps telling it fail to handshake etc
I have a null modem cable but i am using a usb to serial on comm port 1
Any suggestions

Can you call into the Stratagy Flash unit?
If the memory is full it will not run and therfore not allow you to connect to it using the Stratagy VM Manager.
There is a method of connecting to it using Hyperterminal and deleting a log file and this will create enough spare memory so the unit will run and then you can connect to it using the VM manager software.

No all usb to serial cables will work with the Admin Software. There should be a compatable list on the Toshiba FYI website.
