We have a CIX100 with a ACTU3A Ver2B processor card. We are using a SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 player attached to it thru the 2 RCA jacks at bottom of card. Volume level is very low when set at 75% volume on MP3 player. If I crank to 100% I get breakup. It seems like I should have the player at medium vol and then turn up the vol at the CIX. I do not see a pot on the board to do this. Is it done thru PAD settings? If so, which?

all volume controls are done by PAD. Be sure you are not testing MOH using a cell phone. Callfrom a landline.
MOH is not stereo. Only one of the RCA jacks is for MOH. The other is for paging. I would use a stereo to mono adaptor to combine the 2 channels into one.
