We have a Strata CIX with network Emanager and our auto attendant answers within one ring or less. I want to delay that to about 4 rings but have not seen timer for that. Would that have to be done in trunk assignments through a pdn and back to the auto attendant? Any help would be appreciated,Thanks

I would suggest having your Toshiba tech come out and do this for you because it's not as simple as changing a timer. And if you're not careful you can cause the auto attendant to not answer.

Thanks for your help, I got it done. Created PHdn on the phones that were imortant, had co lines call phantom and after 4 rings had phantom revert back to auto attendant, works great... Again, thanks for help
