Hello,
I have recently taken over the duties of a co-worker who was completely managing our PBX. As such, I have very little knowledge of the system, or how to configure it. I am running eManager v. 5.20B05. There is a PhDN set up to ring over to 2 different people in sequence if not answered. I can see in the PhDN page the first person, but for the life of me, I cannot find where the setting is that lets it fail over to the second extension if not answered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Ted Parkes

Ok, found that, Thanks. Another question. Is it possible to have an external line as part of the ring group? so that it would failover to the external number if not answered on the 2 internal extensions?

Yes, you would need to set up a Multiple Call Group and set the delay for 9XXXXXXX (x= the phone number you want to transfer to.)
