Ok somehow I reset the whole phone system by running program 90. did not realize what would happen... anyway now line one will ring but when someone calls in while line 1 is being used they get a wierd tone after 2 rings and if they wait about 4 secs the line will start ringing agian but everyone is just hanging up and by the time we hear it here at the office they are already gone and we get a dial tone.... Please some one help!!! There are also all kinds of other things happening but this is the only one I have to get fixed. We are actually getting a new phone system in 2 weeks but right now we are losing customers.

I don't see how it is possible that running 90 would give you a buzz and hangup on lines.

First I would plug some long cords with single line phones into lines 2, 3, 4 so you can actually get the calls.

You ran 90, but why not the rest of them, you initialized the system but didn't do 91.

I would run 90 over again carefully, do 91 and

Assuming you have a manual, program 81 for ringing with ext. 10 being port 00, ext 11 being port 01.

Not a dummy, sometimes you read this and think that is all you have to do.

Glad I was able to help, we all need a rescue now and then.
