There is an audible beep sound coming from what is suspected to be the CTX100 cabinet. I can't verify, since it's at one of our remote offices and that's what the secretary is telling me, but there is loads of other equipment in that room that could be beeping. So before I make a trip out there, can anyone confirm that the CTX100 cabinet would ever generate a beep tone once every 5 seconds, and what conditions would cause this? Both the AC and DC lights are solid green, and I've never had this issue before. Thank you in advance.

Personally I would first check any UPS units in the room.
I am not aware of anything in the cabinet that would beep, at least I have never heard a CIX system beep before.

Sounds like a battery back-up (UPS) to me, too.

Ok thank you, I figure that's what it would be, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks again. Saved me a tech visit
