Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of some resources for my CIX200? Of course, I'm not an installer, nor do I work for a company that handles Toshiba products anymore.
However, I'm a small business owner, and my business relies heavily on our Strata CIX200. I'm (as most small business owners are) without health insurance, and due to the Big C, I'm unable to afford to contact a dealer for downloads from the FYI site, and I also do not get along with the owner of the local Toshiba Dealer in my area.
Not looking for a hand out, just wondering if anyone would give me a hint as to where I could find up-to-date documents, and or software.

I don't know what documents you need, I have access to the website and can get you user guides and stuff.
Updated software would have to be put in by a local technician.

Only an authorized dealer can add licenses. Are you adding digital phones, or analog end points, etc. and what's your current licensing status (used/available ports and licensing status, etc.)?
