I am just trying to confirm I can't copy OneTouch speed dials from one 60 button console at Extension 200 to another 60 button console at extension 201.
The DSS buttons copied over but I have about 50 OneTouch outside speed dial buttons that I put on the 200 console and when I did the copy all I get is a pretty mess of OneTouch buttons with no dialing strings inside.
Can I assume there is no way to copy the OneTouch buttons from one 60 button console to another WITH the dialing numbers staying intact?
Thanks, Bracha

We've used the "Cross Copy" feature instead. I don't remember seeing 60 button consoles in that though.
The Copy feature kills the dial strings from One Touches and DSS keys on the self-labeling 5100 series sets.

I would think you can. I copy "CNF#407" one touch buttons all the time. I dont think it would be a software level either, as I have been doing it since the very first CTX release.

In the destination, try entering the extension, then a space, then a 1. At least this is how it was supposed to work with the older version of emanager.

When I "Select all" for the buttons and go to select the destination it only gives me the 201 for the destination.
It will copy the DSS buttons just fine and it will copy over the one touch buttons but all the one touch buttons are empty, no dialing string inside, just don't know if there is a way to beat this or not, a lot of work to individually write down 50 numbers and insert them again.
Thanks, Bracha
