Sorry to bother you again with that but I really need help from you guys.

I'm unable to register an iP6000 conference phone (SIP) on a CIX100 5.20 MT055 with MIPU card. Ive tried it on my local CIX200 and it's working perfectly. I copy the programming of the CIX200 in the CIX100.

I have no mad ideas what to test next and the guys from Toshiba aren't able to help with that problem

You did log into the phone via a computer and program it ?? Seems like i found instructions on Toshiba's FYI site. The instructions were for the IP4000 but they worked for me.I have one running on a CIX 670

the instructions on toshibas site were helpfull for me too..

only thing I had to change was the register expire time I dropped down to 10 because my phone would constantly lose registration.
but mine was going out over internet, yours is all on the local lan correct?

Are you sure you created it as a sip extension not an ipt, ive made that mistake a couple times.

You could also try giving the polycom a static ip and connect it to the mipu with a crossover cable to rule out any network issues.

The problem is that here in Canada I'm unable to have any kind of documentation about polycom products versus toshiba! It would be very helpfull if one of you could send me some documentation about that

Could I get this document as well please?

I have been fighting with an IP6000 for a while now but I finally got it connected. Some documentation would be handy thouh.

Thanks for your help guys but it's not working. We tried it on a CIX100 5.20MT055 with an MIPU 0210DA216. Can you give me the firmware of the MIPU and the version of CIX you are using?

Thanks
