Did a new CIX40R3, put All Page on button 10 and ONLY 200 would page, NO other station would page.
I tried blanking out the other stations and saving and then copying from 200 and this time 200 and 201 would page and NO other stations.
I individually programmed the other stations to have All Call on button 10 after blanking out the button and it is there in programming but when I push the button all I get is a tone and no paging.
I tried putting in All Emergency Paging and enabling that and that wouldn't go on on those extensions either.
Do I assume I have a bad KSU?
I've backed everything up so I assume I just have to put the data card in another ksu and go from there.
Thanks, Bracha

I'm not clear. Are you having problems making a page or receiving a page?

Did you add all the extensions to the All Call Page group?

Can't all stations have an All Call Paging button normally?
Anyway I'm thinking that the code for group 1, which I could use is #3101 which I also tried as a one touch didn't work, what am I missing?
Getting old and forgetful really stinks.
Thanks, Bracha

Off hook preference is line two on all extensions except 201 where they enter speed dials and having that be off hook line two interferes with entering system speed dials it seems.
I would be happy to just have a working code for paging group 1 and do with that.

I believe it is SPK #3101 also look under Station then paging group to make sure they are there. Look also under System then Flexible access codes for #31
