Hello folks, We have a Triad -S with an external feedback eleminator. The paging feature pages all the phones first, the pages the external speakers in the plant. By the time it runs through all the speakers, it has been 60 seconds and it is ringing back to the attendant. I would like to change this delay to 120 seconds to give time for someone who in out on the production floor time to get to a phone before it calls back to the attendant. How would I do this?
Thanks, Jason Grider IT Manager Capitol Vial Auburn, AL

Hold recall is defaulted at 60 sec. Park recall is defaulted at 180 sec.
Do you feel comfortable in programming the Hold recall time. It can be set to 300 sec if you want. Let me know

JW is right about the timer values. You can also shut off the timer value so there is no ringback. It isn't wise to do because the call would never ringback and they would have to hang up and call back in.
Why do you do two different pages? Why don't you do an All Call page (both internal and external)? This would cut the page time in half by only paging once instead of twice.
Or am I not understanding the question?
Tip and ring, the work of the devil!

Or am I not understanding the question?</font> The attendant is doing an all page I beleive. It pages the phones then automaticly pages the external speakers with the digital recording that was saved on the feedback eleminator. This is the procedure: Call is parked, attendant pushes the all page button, and says the page into the handset, the feedback elem. runs, repeats the page once on the telephone handsets, the repeats the page once on the external speakers. JWRacedog: I am comfortable with doing that. I do not have much experence with the Vodavi as I learned all my stuff on a Nortel 0x32. I am out of the office for the next week traveling. I will get back to you when I get back in the office the week after this comming up one. Thank you both for your replies, Jason
