i have a customer with a sts configured 12x24 and the all call pages only work on ext 104 and 118. other sets work fine with icm calls, arent in dnd, set to handsfree icm and are enabled to have paging in programing. the display doesnt register that they are receiving a page either. i tried codes 700, 701 and 709 with no results except the two stations menioned earlier. thanks for any help. dave

Did you verify that Internal Page Zone 1 is enabled for those stations in "Station Programming?" You may also want to verify that the "Page Speaker Volume" is at a proper level in station programming.

"Paging Access" is only for allowing/denying the ability to make pages.

Good luck!

In station programming, did you check the page zone programming? This is an option that can be set for each individual phone. If it is set to zero, it will never get a page.

I am pretty sure you can get up to 8 different paging zones. 700 is an 'all' call across all zones. 701 for group one, etc.

Also, if the stations are set for headset mode, paging will not work on that phone.

The STS has alot of glitches. Sometimes when you add an LCOB or install a system that has 1 or more LCOB's there are strange thigs that happen that are unexplained. IF you do a system backup with your laptop and reinitialize the KSU, everything should be OK.
