I have just put a phone system in a metal shop. They have one main welder that really messes up the phone system when they use it. Everything is grounded and line conditioned (as far as the phone system and paging equipment). Anyone have any ideas?

He indicates that with welding machines---chances are that you can overcome it...but it will be expensive. At least you know what the interference is. Good Luck.
