Is anyone else having this problem with the STS In-Skin?
Callers leaving a message in mailbox 102 will intermittantly get cut off after a few seconds into their message recording (happens a few times per day). Secondly, when another extension uses "Voice Mail Transfer" to send a caller to mailbox 102 the caller will intermittantly hear the auto-attendant greeting instead of the personal greeting on 102. We've reset the system and it seems to clear it for a day or so but then the problems always come back.

What version ROM chip is on the VM card? This could be an issue, as well as making sure you're patched to the latest release of the software.

I'm not sure what version it is....one of our techs is going to check it out. We already replaced this voice mail card once about 8 or 9 months ago for a different problem.
I was just curious if anyone else was experiencing similar issues.
