Sorry, don't mean to be monopolizing this board but you all have helped me so much in the past I thought I'd hit you guys with another problem!

We just installed a Pathfinder in our own office and there is a high-pitched hum or slight squeal in the background on all of our messages and Auto Atendant greetings. We've been working on it but have been unable to clear it up so far. Any suggestions?
We have not yet tried another voice board but I was thinking that maybe we're missing something simple.

I don't know if this is your problem, but I have experienced this on another system. It turned out to be a failing power supply in the PBX. -5vDC output was dirty, affecting the analog interface cards.
