Hello!
Customer's extension used to be answered by voicemail, now voicemail doesn't pick it up.
Is it possible preset call forward programming became corrupted for one extension?

What type of voicemail is being used? In-skin or external?
Does the voicemail work at all or just for that extension?
Depending on how the system was set up, forwarding could have been programmed at the individual extension. If it was, it's possible they turned the forwarding off accidently. Normally the forwarding is set in programming and it's not likely that an individual extension would lose programming. If it's an in-skin voicemail, reseat the card. If it's external, does it have power?
Have you checked the obvious?
