Hello to all:

I just had a conversation with one of our technicians that was out on a service call at an XTS site with 250+ 3015's. The customer complained that the LED's for loop keys that were programmed on buttons 25-27 were lighting red when in use at one's own station (which should be green).

He spoke with Vodavi's technical support and found that the LED's for buttons 25-30 are red only. They felt that when the phones were designed, nobody would use buttons on the bottom two rows for loops or CO line appearances. Weird.

How come there's always enough time to go back and fix it a second time?
