I need help programming all phones to ring . I have manual but it is woefully inadequate . It says to enter system program " dial ( ) and pswd xxxxxx " . It doesn't say what to enter and in the function mode there is only room for 4 digits for the pswd . I have dialed every combination of numbers immaginable to try and get in .. Can anyone help me ? Thanks ,Jerry

But, now that I have more time...

Do you have the installation manual or just a user guide? To get into system programming you must enter Feature ?? followed by the password ??????

Whereas attendant programming is Feature ?? followed by a ????. In other words, the attendant password is 4 digits and the installer password is 6 digits.

Perhaps someone has changed the default password. If so, you will probably have to default the system and reprogram from scratch. Unless someone else knows a back door password.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Is this a system already installed?? Does the customer or a receptionist know the password?? If you just bought it used from someone---ask them for the password, I'm sure they would know it.
