I have been asked to either upgrade Toshiba DK424 version v.3/PRI, with 1 expension and 2 remote cabinet, AVT/OS WRAP Voice Mail system, 100 Digital DK phones.
Should I upgrade to CIX 670/Toshiba Voice Mail/ACD must have or Should I replace the phone system with Lucent or Nortel?
I have been asked to provide my thought on DK424 and CIX or any other phone system. SO I guess like CNET review TOSHIBA DK424 VS TOSHIBA CIX 670 VS LUCENT OR NORTEL...
where can i get reviews ????
Thank for all the help in advnace...

If you upgrade, you would be able to use your existing digital cards, and keep all your digital phones, so the cost savings alone would be my first reason to keep the Toshiba equipment.

Upgrade the beast. You've already got the cards and phones. CIX ACD is excellent as well.

Upgrade to the CIX. Huge cost savings by using existing equipment/phones. The customer is already familiar with how the Toshiba phones work, the CIX is not that far off from the DK as far as the user is concerned.
