I need your help. I need to start a maintenance contract campaign offer to all of my customers. This is something I have never done before. What I need most of all is a copy of a typical maintenance contract and how do you determine what price to charge for each peice of equipment? You might want to contact BrianS. Go to the directory and search. Brian is the resident authority on service contracts and has written a book on the subject. He is the one to talk to, I know what you are looking for is covered.
