I was wondering if i can get any advice on how to install a digital MOH device to a Vodavi Starplus STS system. I think i connect it to one of the pairs on the CO block..possibly the violet brown pair? after that do i go into programming to turn background music on?
all i want to do is make sure there is music playing when a customer is on hold.
any helpful information is much appreciated =)

Terminate MUSIC on V/GRN- GRN/V pair.on CO block.
MOH comes enabled on default.
To turn BGM on at keyset dial "632"

Keep in mind that there have been some issues about rebroadcasting radio stations or other copyrighted music.
There are some royalty free CDs available out there made expressly for MOH purposes.

It's actually 632 + 1 to turn background music on and 632 + 0 to turn it off.
