I normally work on other phone systems, but a friend called me about his new Vodavi XTS system. I said I would try to find out what I could, so here I am, asking the experts.
It's a new Vodavi XTS system with all T-1 circuits for trunking. During conference calls, other lines are bleeding in loudly. Even the digital announcers are coming through. All parties can hear the crosstalk.
Any suggestions I can give to my friend would be appreciated.

Andrew,
With digital trunking, crosstalk should be eliminated unless something is awry with the conference matrix in the switch. I have seen a problem similar to what you describe with another switch (not Vodavi). I have never experienced this problem with the XTS.
We're a Vodavi dealer in suburban Chicagoland and would be available to help your friend if needed. Just let me know.
