Am an Avaya & Nortel man. Proposing an Avaya solution to a customer with multiple businesses. On business has a Vodavi Starplus system. Have a couple of exentions where line appears but does not ring. Want to make line appear & ring. Know almost nothing about the Vodavi product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We will need to know exactly which type of Starplus system they have because there are many different ones, all with different programming methods. Either a phone model or preferably the model of the KSU will help.
