We have a Starplus STS system. We are attempting to use a downloaded program called VoiceGuide. The program is installed on a computer that has the two analog stations running into it (ext. 148, 149).

I have the phones set to forward on internal busy and internal no answer to the Voicemail hunt group (440), but when it goes to forward these calls it forwards them into the auto attendant (the Auto Attendant & Voicemail run through the same station.) How can I program the system so that when it transfers a call to the voicemail system it also dials the 8***,(***=partys mailbox number)?

Since you are familar with STS maybe you can help me...I know this sounds lame but I'm trying to change the voice message on the telephone for when the set is in DND mode...I can't figure out how to get into that area and the Station User Guide is of no help what so ever...

Any ideas...

Thanks
Tom

The station user guide won't be of help. You need the voice mail user guide to change the appropriate greeting.

No offense guys, but this forum is really not meant to take the place of your local vendor. Generally, if a end user has a question about an option in the user guide, we're glad to help. Otherwise, you should call your local installer or expect to pay someone to do it remotely.

We'll I'm an end user, and I'm asking a question about something that's most likely in the manual. So would someone possibly be able to answer my question?
