I am having trouble entering data in flash 43 DID ringing. I'am using 4 books; the STS, DVX I, DVX II, and DVX III. Each book helps, but none are exact. The phones sets are Infinite. The KSU is metal, carded, part # SB Basic KSU 8003-00. CPU is MPBI, the 24 sta cards are DTBI, the analog CO card is LCOB, and the PRI is PRIB. The KSU has 5 card slots and has a small 3 or 4 slot expansion. It also has a blue box voicemail that shows "Digital voicemail" on the front. Thanks for any help.

The system you are working on is the DVX+2 or DVX+3. The voice mail is a Talkpath Digital. The STS manual that you are using is the closest to this system for what you are doing.
In flash 43, all that is necessary is to press button #1, dial the extension number you want to ring for that route, then enter the appropriate day/night/special digit for it. Press hold to save.
If you are not seeing the desired route number, press button #20 and dial the route number you want, then press hold to take you to it. Then, just follow the above instructions.
