Is there any way to get more ring tones in the sts system?
I installed a new system yesterday and for the first time a customer (secretary) complained about the choice of ring tones and ask if I could get a better selection downloaded into the system.

Frequency varies 0-36 tones.

Ive noticed several manufacturers are going crazy with ringback tones to the keysets.

This comes from people wanting or think they need
this or that. (cell-phone mentality).

They need to look at how reliable or error free the system preforms. It will rock if so programmed. smile

This person also complained about the temporary single line I hooked up for her while I was installing the new system. She said the handset was too difficult to grab when answering the phone.

I just thought it would be nice if I could get something she did like as far as ring tones.

But I guess she's the type that would bad mouth any system that was installed regardless of what it is.

Thanks anyway. [Linked Image from img103.exs.cx]

Bobby

Wait when she finds out in the book you can do text messaging with the system, but when you show her how to use it she will not have time to listen to your instructions, but will read the book later (sure).
You will not please her, but does she sign your pay check?

When working in a group or in single office, it,s nice to have a flasher or a ringtone that can be distingished from others when you are away from the desk, mostly when recptionest or AA is in use.
For many people it is a toy, but for some an application. The STS has plenty, but if she wants Garth Brooks??? whatta ya gonna do???
Downloadable ringtones and color screens are coming!!!!

She doesn't sign the checks but she comes into contact with a lot of people and I didn't want her to bad mouth the system. But there's not a lot I can do about it anyway.

Garth Brooks.
That would be cool if you could do it though. But I'd better not give her any ideas or she will demand it. If she does I'll just giver her.... what is your cell number brokeda? Just kidding. I wouldn't sick her on anyone like that. wink
