That's done through the RS232 port on the voice mail card itself. The top one on the side of the cabinet is for programming the phone system, but the change you are looking to make is easier to do from the attendant station. This voice mail card doesn't have a hard drive on it, does it?

I got the ring intervals reset to 12...all is well there. Just VOM'd the DB9 cable..it is the wrong cable. Figures - eh?
