Hi, I'm getting the info together to purchase a 203-04 Analog VM system for my 96EX Vodavi. I know from prior discussions that I also need an analog station Card, a DTMF receiver, and a ring generator for it. Does anyone know the part #'s associated with those parts?
Also, I'm looking into purchasing the boards necessary for us to get Caller ID. I've been told that I need an SP7110-00 card and a SP7480-00 card for that feature to work on the 96EX system. I'm just verifying that to be true. If so, I researched the SP7110-00 and found that it contains 2 DTMF receivers and 2 Tone Detectors. I'm wondering if this part would also work for the Voicemail feature I'm planning to purchase. I would also like to know if anyone has a clue on where I can purchase an SP7480-00 card. I found the SP7110-00 card on your website ... Yea.
Hopefully this isn't too confusing and someone will be able to help me.
Thanks in advance.
Bill

Here are the part numbers you will need:

Station card: SP4033-00
DTMF receiver: SP2434-00
Ring Generator: SP2473-00

There's no way to add caller ID to that system. The part numbers you were given are for the Starplus DHS system, which is a completely different animal.

Sundance Communications, our host is usually able to track these kinds of things down. If they can't help, you might try RMS Communications (800-677-1767) or Novus LLC (866-331-1112). All of these components are manufacture-discontinued, so you will need to look for used/refurbished.
