Yes, by far I feel that Comdial has the best Voice Mail systems.

I've dealt with King because local hotels have bought directly from them. When I've called for support on their equipment they have been very prompt and knowledgable. No long waits and their tech was very informative. I can't ask for anything more.

Sorry about the delay! Haven't checked this topic lately. In each case it was the Inntouch to replace Inntouchs that had failed. The users like the features of the Inntouch and have hotels full of Comdial phones, so are reluctant to replace with something newer. (Although they do wish they could use analog phones).
