Customer has mach 1 with eksu.setup 12 lines 32 stations of which 8 are slt ports driving a 4 port minivoice. Eng Ver Infinite basic 3.10.3 . Customer calls and says one of the stations is all messed up. buttons are not right, no name in the display. I go out to look, station in question is supposed to be 127 (no flexing involved on this station) Display reads 117. now here is the strange part, port 117 is not cross connected to anything nor is it flexed, and the system has changed all the flex buttons on the other stations from 127 to 117.
Any thoughts?? The system is working fine other than this strange issue.
Thanks, Steve

I seen this with a Triad S system. What we ended up doing was flushing the database and reprogramming it. There was more than one phone that did this though. Not sure if there was a power glitch and something garbled the database or what but i was in the same boat as you, I had never seen it before.
