Ok, this church I go to, has this phone system. Some one hacked into the voice mail and changed the greeting. Let's just say it wasn't nice. They don't know the password to get in. Is there a backdoor password? Could someone PLEASE help me, they are no profit, and I'm just doing them a favor.Thank you guys

Do you know what kind of voice mail system they have? That's going to be necessary in order for us to assist.

We have a Starplus DHS system. The voice mail is set up so that any incoming calls we get after business hours are greeted with a generic greeting but doesn't allow the caller to access our normal phone tree to leave messages. Does anyone know how to turn this function off? I've been trying to get a hold of our contractor but he seems to be off the grid.

We still do not know what voicemail system and version you are integrating the DHS with. This is necessary information needed to help you out with routing calls within the voicemail system. If you do not want callers to go to the auto-attendant after hours then that would be in extension programming for line ringing. In programming look to see what the preset call forward option for your lines are set to and repost that information.
