Received an email where their display phone shows in Chinese (just one of their phones) how do you change it to English?

Have they tried unplugging the phone and plugging it back in? If so I would say that you need to replace the phone.

Not sure if they have or haven't oobie...I've never heard of one phone just showing Chinese in the display..In fact I'm not sure where they got the phone. Maybe they'll register and reply.

I am betting that there is a problem with the display. I have had to send them in for repair for the exact same problem, although i wouldn't say it was chinese but it displays all kinds of wierd characters.

I've had a couple of phones that the display was goofy, and sure looked like chinese but was just the display being bad. Just sent em off and put in new ones.

The display is in Korean.
Nothing you can do about it. If you call Vertical Tech support you should be able to get it replaced as an OOBF.
