Can you be more specific about what you what to change? Greetings are easy...system prompts are a bit more difficult.

You would record them remotely in the same manner as you would locally. Simply access an administrator's mailbox, press 7 for the Administration menu and press 1 to record prompts.

Or you can set a key on the opening menu (typically 8) for record promps and then enter the menu password (usually the default)

I have the 8 key setup to record prompts however the prompt that plays initially are the instructions propmt 103 vox. I use the introduction prompt to record as a weather related closing only.

Is there a default admin mailbox? I cant find anything. Its been awhile since I worked on the Pathfinder

No default admin box. You have to set up the COS for the mailbox. However, you can still press 7 while logged into any mailbox, but you'll be prompted for the admin password. Then you can record any greeting.

The 7 option doesn't work, that's for the DVM if I'm not mistaken. I don't think thats an option for the Pathfinder.
If it helps "Boombox" was used to record greeting before.

Sorry, I was thinking about the Pathfinder IS. I'm not familiar with the other Pathfinder. Perhaps someone else can help you.
