I have searched to no avail, and cant come up with the options presented or documented by 30022.
I did find out the hard way that some prompts have been changed.
Does anybody have all new features and list of prompt numbers handy ?
Both Vodavi and Vertical tech sites list nothing.

TJ,
I believe they have the addendum to the STSe manual on the Vertical CCC site. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll look for it when I get back to the office.

Yep, sure did.
Nice they sent out a Tech revision or E sheet. Go to CCC site under STSE manual it is listed there.
The card has the material code 3534-00 as always, but has some added features as well as expanded memory.
The only way to tell is put lap top on it and look at item. 7 under version in admin.
That's correct it is not on Vodavi site. It is version 30022.

I must be an idiot. I looked at Vodavi's site under the STS and didn't see a single new document after May of 07.

It is not on Vodavi's site. It is on the Vertical CCC.

It figures, why would Vodavi's documents be on Vodavi's site?
I wonder if the current cards may be updated with the new software?

No. It is my understanding that the new software is only for the new cards with increased memory.
I suppose Vertical is no longer updating the Vodavi site.

20053 (or below) is for the 3 hour unit 30022 (or above) is for the 6 hour unit
The prompts are different, so a 3 hour unit can not be "upgraded" to Version 30022. There is also a difference with chip ID and memory mapping between the 3/6 boards which "may" cause memory addressing issues. They are 2 different boards with 2 different versions, is the CCR time out option worth chancing another returned unit?
IMO, they did it poorly. The part numbers are still 3534-00 & 3038-00. The only way to tell is the software version screen or a remaining recording time >3 hours. And it has already caused a few questions.
Always be nice to everyone. You never know when you will encounter them again! (Perpetual Lurker)
