Thanks in advance to all who respond.
I have a customer with a xts and a flash voicemail system. Their mach 1 was upgraded to a xts when their talkpath died and the cost to upgrade was made a better deal than replacing the talkpath.
The flash voicemail is used in a ran table acd setup. The question is, in the Flash voicemail menu, how can you set the menu to use a * or # or whatever to repaeat the menu selection is the caller wishes to hear the menu options again.

I believe you can go to number table and just put the same greeting on that ccr menu next to the pound entry so it just loops back.

I have a question. My starplus dispatch voicemail requires my customers to push the pound key when leaving a voicemail. Can we take this off or is this set in stone. Its the only way messages are delivered?

Using Dispatch admin software...Clear "wait for key before record" option on class of service message tab.
