hello everyone. This is probably an easy question but how do I increase the number of rings before going into voicemail? Right now it only rings 3 times before going to voicemail and the users are complaining that it isn't enough time for them to get back to their desk to asnwer calls. If you can let me know I would appreciate it.

I went through the system and going into "Station Attributes". The only thing I see that might be related to time to pickup is "Day NO Ans Timer 00-99" on Page C. Well let me know. Thank you.

That's it. It is probably set at the default which is ten seconds. 15-18 seconds usually equates to about 5-6 rings.

That is the option you need to change.

Or tell them to be productive and stay at their desk and work.

I have a XTS that goes to voice mail after 10 sec. I'd like to lengthen this because I am frequently at another desk across the room. I can't find "Station Attributes" in my manual. Would you mind walking me thru this?

Thanks!

Greg you'll get better response if you start your own topic instead of tagging on to a two year old one.
