I have a station programmed for call coverage for another station. When the call comes in and the call coverage station answers and then transfers the call to the original station when it is answered the call coverage button does not light. The coverage button lights when the station picks up the phone and when ringing. Only after a call is transfered does it not light.

Do you know what version of software the system is using right now? Have someone dial 605 from any display phone and let us know what is displayed. That will help us get you an accurate answer.

Dss/coverage should work on the same key with that software version.

Sounds like another FP3 bug to me but maybe the system knows that the covering caller knows the person being coverered answered the phone from the covering phone so no light.
