I have a customer that has a ISDN-Prime and has been using just the number service for years. They just recently added the name service. On other sites I would see all the info (Name and Number) in SMDR. I see nothing, and get nothing on the phone (I have a Name/Number button activated on the phone). After talking with the Telco, they are sending the Caller Name in a "facility message" following the call setup. I was wondering if anyone has had similar experience getting the message to associate with the inbound call. System is XTS MPBE
Edit: I understand that the Caller Number is on the D channel and is being appropriately displayed, I am confused as to why it is not able to relate the name data as well, and of course I am relying on the telco's word at this point that the data is indeed being sent.

It's easy enough to prove if they really are sending the name information by watching calls coming in via e-trace. If it's not displayed there, then it's not being sent. Very little discussion will need to be had at that point.

I always forget about etrace. Thanks, and it confirms that it is not being sent.
Flash 41 button 9 is enabled.
Well back on the phone once again.
