hello guys i am bench setting up programing on an stse with vm. everything is new. and everything is working ok except caller id. none on the display and none on the smdr. i cant seem to find the cause. the line has caller id on it and is a pots line. i have a call id button programed and lit up. is there anything i may had forgotten. thanks dave

Please reinstall the call id. board in upper right of ksu or try a different one as well. Making sure the top as well as the bottom of the cards pins are in proper alignment of the mother board.

Also put a ring delay on the lines of atleast 3 seconds. Fl. 4o, page c, button 2.
