When you are on a call, there is a timer in the display that tells you how long you have been on the phones. As soon as the caller hangs up, the call timer disappears. Is there a way to keep the timer on the display longer? Or is there a log that can be easily accessed from the phone?
I suspect that the information is in the SMDR records. Has anyone printed them or hooked up a call accounting program to access them?
The information is for one of our customers, a law office, new SBX install.
Thanks.

I have never been able to find anything to change that timer setting. I need to do some work on some offline stuff today, and will take another look for something that may effect that.
Discovery CA is the only software that I have used for call accounting on the SBX and works as well as any other system I have put it on.
