Will defaulting a VODAVI StarPlus 616 Flex allow all 6 lines to appear and ring? If so, how do I default the system? If not, how do I get all 6 lines to appear and ring? Thanks.

After entering programming mode use field 13 for day and 14 for nights. Press the CO line button to be programmed, toggle stations buttons on and off to indicate which stations will ring on that line. on=ring off=no ring, repeat for all lines.

You may also need to program a flex button for
that 6th line that they say doesnt show up.
You can do that on a station by station basis in
*05 programming.
Defaulting the system will also get all your 6 lines back to the bottom of the phone and then you would follow Bill's instructions for line ringing assignment, but bear in mind all other programming in the database would be erased
