Ok I have a customer with an XTS-IP, 7CO's in 1 hunt, all lines ring to Group 451 always, 451 is a Pilot Ring All with a number of exts one being 100. All phones are digital.
When calling directly into each line all of the phones in 451 ring like they should. But on occasion an incoming call will not ring ext 100, which is idle and not in DND or anything crazy. No ACD or anything special has been setup.
I'm at a loss to what could be causing ext 100 not to ring.
Thanks Roundaboutrc

double check your line ringing options. it sounds like one of the lines is not following the ring plan.

I've seen this before but I can't remember the fix. I think we ended up changing the attendant assignment in flash 10 ( not sure why that would have made much difference ), but I can't really be sure. Is it possible that these calls are overflowing to the auto attendant and being re-routed to another hunt group that has all members except 100 ?
