Hi dear,
My client had a STS-e with HDD in skin VM.
When calls comming, it hits VM and VM sends to Hunt 451. I made Hunt group 451 (member 101,102,103,104, pilot ring all, queue enable)
Calls comes, it goes to Hunt group 451, but while hung group is rining by one phone call, other calls go to voice mail box 451.
How do I ring the multiple calls to hunt group?
I want to ring all hunt group member not circular ring.
Right now I am using call covrage so it can handle multiple calls.
Does someone have any idea? or it's not possible handle multiple calls by hunt group(pilot ring all)????
