Have customer who had their service tech disappear on them. I know there is a back door password reset. need to find this soon.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is not a back door password for most Vodavi products. Since you have not made mention of what particular Vodavi product you need to access, it's a bit difficult to assist.

There's always a back door password, it's just a matter of knowing how to access it.

I have never tried it but you might be able to change it using admin software.

In all the years I have delt with Vodavi there has never been a back door password. I have had many systems that had to take over and not had the password. The first few where hard to deal with as you had to reset the system. After a few of those I found an alturnative way of getting the password, sorry trade secret. smile
