Ok guys I told you before I wasn't that good with Vodavi. Vodavi STS, Flash based VM/AA. VM and AA work fine because I can dial 150 and get to it. reset passwords etc. We installed the system for the customer and basic functions work fine. here are my issues:
1. When a CO Line rings (2 COs total) they will ring but the AA will never pick up. I need it to go to the AA after 4 rings.
2. When transferring a call to an extension same deal, when the extension does not answer it just keeps ringing without forwarding to the person's VM.
Thanks Andy

I reset the system and then started plugging away. I guess not. Do I need to do every station and every CO line independently? Is this something that can be done from the phone?

You can do them one at a time or you can put in a range, it's spelled out pretty good in the manual. Also you said you dialed 150, that's the VM hunt group 440 is VM. If you dial 440 it will say "call to voice mail". I've only put in one VM and used 440 for the preset forward. If that's incorrect someone will be along to correct me.

Many people forward to hunt group 450. There are many references to this in past posts. Also when programming lines and stations to preset forward there are timers for day and nite.

Bill i think you meant to say 150-157 are the voice mail ports.
440 is hunt group default for the voicemail. 440-447 is voicemail hunt group 1-8. 450-457 is hunt groups.

ok so to get this straight:
Forward CO lines: to 440 after certain time. This will get to the Auto Attend message.
When someone is transferred to an extension and they don't answer, forward the call to what so that it goes to the extension's VM box?
Thanks

Same if you want it to go to VM. Difference is the extension will go to the mailbox for the extension.
Again wait for confirmation as I've only set up one VM.

Basic answer is YES, just remember there are are Timers associated with the functions you are implementing and you should be good to go .
