Thanks to Oldh20skier for the program info on the sts I am working on but I am missing something in programming. I enter program mode with no problem and press flash 50 but when I try to go to page C (which I thought was just pressing button 21) nothing happens. The display says 'Extension Range" or somethin similiar, but I can never get to the next step, which is to press button 4 and dial ### to change call forward busy/rna to rna only.

The extension range is the extensions you want to program. If it's only one extension enter it twice. Do you have a manual? If so just follow it step for step, you'll be fine.

Right.. I pressed 100 on the tone pad but nothing came up on the display. It seemed no matter what keys I pressed on the phone it made no change in the display.

You have to enter the station range, not just the station number. If you are programming one single station, you must enter the station number twice and then press hold like Bill said.
