I have an old Vodavi TalkPath voicemail and I wanted to setup the company directory for dial by first instead of by last name. I thought I would just re-record the system prompt "Enter the first four characters of the persons last name" to say Enter the first four of the first name... and then just reverse the first and last names in the mailboxes however I have been unable to locate the system prompt number for this message. The talkpath manual only lists system prompts 001-023. Manual also states that if the prompt exists it can be played, re-recorded or deleted. Might someone have this specific prompt number or a full list of all? I also discussed just pointing the digit for the company directory to another menu and just list the 10 or 11 names along with the extension numbers. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It is prompt 007 and should be on page 500-7

If you reverse the order of the name entries and re-record prompt #007, that should be all that you need.
