Thank you in advance for your response!
We had some phone company changes and CO Line 6 has a different telephone number. The number changed with the phone company but not on our phone system. When a user presses a flex key associated with CO Line 6, the number on the line is different on the display.
How do I change the Name in the display to match the true phone number of CO Line 6?

You have to go into system programming. Under flash 40, button 11, you can change the line name. You'll need to use the table of corresponding two-digit letters/numbers to make it happen.
