I have a new customer with a STS system. I am new to the STS but have experience with the StarplusSPD4896.
What is the difference between the STS and the STSe?
Inbound calls are set to ring (1) ext, but calls ring immediately to AA if that ext is busy? I assume that this a system setting for that ext as it is not a user setting (canceled CFB from the ext but still calls ring to AA if busy)
Any suggestions?? Reading up on the STS now.
Thx

The STS uses chips for the operating program while the STSe uses upgrades that can be uploaded. Other than that, the systems are generally identical.
If you are familiar with the SPD, you will find that the programming process and even most flash codes are identical. You'll be fine there.
More than likely, your issue is due to CFB being programmed in flash 50, page C.
