A couple things I need to accomplish can this be done...
1. Customer doesnt want the system to tell callers about the prompts after mailbox greeting is heard? (i.e press # when done) 2. After hours when main AA is played they do not want AA prompts again, they just want disconnect. 3. How to create annoucement mailbox or info box? I have COS 4 with no ability to leave message but VM tells caller mbox is full.

1. The list of prompts are in the STS manual. I believe that particular prompt is 011 and you can record whatever you like in it through the administrator mailbox options.
2. The Flash VM will play the AA three times and then time out to the operator. Nothing else can be done. I believe in the newer versions of the Flash VM you have a timeout option in the CCR but on older versions that is how it works and nothing can be done.
3. There are no announcement or info MBX's. I would have a digit from the AA go to another Greeting(menu) instead of a mailbox.
